Gurney, Chief of the Defense Health Agency’s Joint Trauma System (JTS), as she shares critical insights on the strategic value of partnership strengthening and interoperability building with our allied and partner forces through GHE efforts. This session will examine how peacetime health engagement operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) act as a foundational asset ensuring an effective, integrated, and resilient response to future crises and conflicts. COL Gurney will explore the critical intersection where GHE efforts meet theater medical readiness, offering strategic, operational, and tactical considerations on how to work towards bridging the two enterprises.
