How to Join the Military-Civilian Health Ecosystem

The Military-Civilian Health Ecosystem comprises partners excelling in research, development, and transition of operational health capabilities to government and health stakeholders. These capabilities cover science, technology, business, and policy, ensuring rapid mobilization through integrated organizational partnerships and deep expertise in operational health readiness.

NIDHC reviews organizational proposals on a rolling basis, with quarterly acceptance notifications. Successful proposals detail capabilities supporting research, implementation science, training, and education for operational health readiness. Accepted Ecosystem partners execute steady-state and response-oriented tasking via a cooperative agreement with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine.
